This is an app that I built in Sublime Text Editor using Javascript and CSS. The app is a web-based application, which means all of the data is stored on my domain. Therefore, you don’t have to publish the app to the Apple App Store. The app functions as a random, music-playing app where you can save the random songs that you hear. All you have to do is create an account (you aren’t actually providing any information, it’s just saving your username into your browser’s history so that it can remember what you listened to). My recommendation is to follow these steps to test it out:

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone
  2. Navigate to http://www.evankraus.com/mercurylyre
  3. Once you arrive on the page, press the ‘Share’ button (looks like an arrow in a box)
  4. Lastly, press “Add to Home Screen”

Once it is saved to your phone’s homepage, it functions as a regular iOS application.
